SVYM’s journey started with a group of medico’s led by Dr R Balasubramaniam inspired by Swami Vivekananda decided to serve the marginalized and displaced tribal communities living in HD Kote Taluk. Today the organization has the strength of 800 plus members acting as a nationwide network developing human and social capital to build a resurgent India. It is working in different sectors like Education, Health and Socio-Economic Empowerment Programme. “We want that education by which character is formed, the strength of the mind is increased, the intellect is expanded and by which one can stand on one’s own feet”...Swami Vivekananda.
Every child is respected at VSOE with all their diversities. They are encouraged to express their views, thoughts, ask questions, and involved in decision makings and actively participate in their learning. A total of 580 students are been a part of institution.
VSOE provides a calm, peaceful environment, giving importance for student friendly, stress-free, inclusive and scholastic education. Science exploratory park and Introduction to Basic Technology (ICT) are the added attraction of VSOE that provides an opportunity for joyful and experiential learning that helps in developing scientific attitude among students.
Teachers are empowered with regular and continuous professional development programmes with many internal workshops to reframe their pedagogical approaches and practices needed for true learning along with several leadership and personality development workshops

Viveka School of Excellence (VSOE), took its birth in the year 2002 to provide quality education at an affordable cost for the rural children of HD Kote. Over the past 18 years, we have fervently engaged our learners with child-centric, value-based, activity-oriented with the experiential environment, integrated with technology. At VSOE students are respected with diversities. Students are provided with a supportive and safe environment for all-round development.
