To upgrade the Teaching-Learning methodology by the usage of ICT is highly remarkable in our school. A program called 'Student-Driven Learning Centre' has been set up to increase usage of Technology in the education sector.
The academic year starts from the third week of May to the last week of March. The performance Report would be distributed on or before 10th April. The school follows five-day week for Montessori and Primary children and six-day week for Higher Primary and Secondary children. Timing: 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, from Monday to Saturday. Saturday is a half-day school, Timing: 8:00 am to 12:40 noon.
VSOE’s major attraction being Science Exploratory Park started functioning from 2014 which has science concepts related to equipment. Park helps the learner to develop interests in science and technology and also it facilitates the learning of the basic science concepts in a play way manner. At present we have 90 types of equipment. These equipments are designed based on the science concepts present in the elementary, high school and one classroom science curriculum which are arranged theme-wise. Each equipment has questions in bilingual form (Kannada and English)
The science park is being utilized by the students of Mysuru, H D Kote and Saraguru both private and Government school students along with their teachers to experience the Exploratory Park of our school to enrich their knowledge to the maximum extent.
